The Events Crew specializes in assisting with group events such as Dinners, Outreach, Group-Connect, Trips, or any other Community Group event on and off campus. From helping with decorations, catering, set up or tear down, this team is the driving force that makes it all happen.
Description of Duties
As a volunteer you would assist the event planner or leader in a variety of different responsibilities as it relates to event planning and execution, such as running errands, picking up supplies, setting up tables, preparing event location, inviting people, and any other task.
Time Commitment
Volunteers serve on an as needed basis for each event.
